It is important at the outset to establish exactly what our houseboats are because the word tends to have a different interpretation across the Atlantic. The Canaltime houseboats are vessels which have been purposely built to provide members with undivided ownership shares in an urban-marine based timeshare scheme.

The vessels do not have any method of propulsion and remain totally static at their mooring location. As a result, Canaltime Houseboats do not have the ability to move or cruise in anyway. If cruising is what captivates your interest, please consult those pages dedicated to Canaltime Narrowboats.

As a company we know that we are able to satisfy the vast majority of our guests, the vast majority of the time. We make mistakes sometimes. Of course we do, the whole operation is governed by human beings like you and me.
